Peace out Five Guys

Four years of my time and energy and skills working at Five Guys to make a living. I started in Rancho March of 2011 when they had their grand opening. Soon after I transferred to Norco to help open another store as a shift lead. Not long after I went back to the Rancho store and stayed there for a bit longer. Zach joined the crew when we started dating, he was so cute in his uniform, always having his hat on with a little side slant. We got engaged and three months later we were married and done with Five Guys. Until....I moved to Utah and worked at two different locations for two years. I was blessed with working for the best boss ever, and I have met such great people, and not so great people. Even during the time in American Fork Lauren joined the crew for about a month...very short lived but it was so much fun to work together! Overall, quitting has been such a great relief and a way for me to move forward in my life. It was a long time coming for me to end the job at Five Guys, but to say it's finally over feels so so so good!! I love my new job at Title Boxing, and I still love working at the Boys and Girls Club. My photography is still happening and I look forward to spending more time on that as well.

I will miss these great great people!! So many fun times!

Five Guys took over a lot of my time, many hours flipping burgers and shaking fries...and I won't miss that for a second!!

When I let my family know of the news that I put in my two weeks, Lauren and Hector brought home these two cookies and some sparkling cider to celebrate! They have been the best support group through it all...

Life is looking good.

New Year's Eve!!!

NEW YEARS EVE PARTY! We celebrate bringing in the new year along with our two year proposal anniversary! This year on New Years Eve Hector and Lauren invited friends over for dinner and games. We played Cards Against Humanity and Hector made us enchiladas. It was a fun night, our living room was filled up with many people and we all watched the countdown at midnight. We also lit off some fireworks in the front yard...that was pretty cool. Cheers to a NEW YEAR!

Our little face painte

For Savannah's birthday my mother-in-law got her a face painting kit. Since then she has painted her parents faces over and over again. Yesterday when we were over for dinner and milkshakes to ring in the new year, Savvy asked to paint our faces. Who can say no to Savvy? Seriously, we would do anything for. So to end the evening she bedazzled our faces with her new talent! We love our little goofball!

And once again the best uncle award goes to...
